These terms apply to the crootx.com website and to the Croot-xau, CrootOBot and Crootx Pro apps and services ("the services") run by Crootx ("Crootx", "we"). By using the services you agree to them.

What the services are

The services are software that places trades on a broker or exchange account that you own and control, following fixed rules and the settings you choose. They are tools, not investment advice, portfolio management or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Your responsibilities

• You are at least 18 and allowed to trade the market you choose where you live.
• You decide whether to use the services, which settings to use, and how much money to trade.
• You keep your login, broker and exchange details safe, and give exchange keys without withdrawal rights.
• You are responsible for taxes on your trading.

Risk

Trading can lose money, including quickly. Results shown in the apps, in paper trading or anywhere else do not promise future results. Please read the risk disclosure.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly through Razorpay until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. See the refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep the services running, but they depend on brokers, exchanges, data providers and the internet, and can be slow, interrupted or wrong. We may pause new live trades for safety at any time. We are not liable for losses from outages, delays, broker or exchange errors, or market events.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Crootx's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or lost profits.

Ending the service

You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the services or break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
