Refunds and cancellation

How subscriptions, cancellation and refunds work for Crootx paid plans.

Free trial

Each bot has a free paper-trading trial so you can see how it works before you pay. No payment is taken during the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the app or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

Because the trial lets you try the service first, payments for a period that has started are generally not refunded. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the affected amount.

Trading results, whether profits or losses, are not grounds for a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
