Safety
What protects your account
No access to your money
Crootx cannot withdraw from your account. Crypto exchange keys must have withdrawals turned off, and can be limited to our server address.
Stops at your broker
The stop loss is sent to your broker or exchange with the trade, so it works even if our server or your internet goes down.
Limits that stop the bot
Daily loss limits and a maximum number of trades end the day automatically. An admin switch can pause new live trades for everyone at once.
Encrypted and private
Keys and passwords are encrypted before they are saved, and are never shown again in full, not even to our team.
Questions people ask
Does Crootx hold my money?
No. Your money stays in your own broker or exchange account. Crootx only sends trade orders to it, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Will the bot make money?
Nobody can promise that. The bots follow fixed rules with strict risk limits; they will have losing trades and can have losing months. Try paper trading first and only trade money you can afford to lose.
What happens if I stop the bot or my subscription ends?
The bot stops opening new trades. Trades that are already open keep their stop loss and target at your broker, so they are never left unprotected.
Do I need to keep my phone on?
No. The bots run on our servers. The app is for settings, starting and stopping, and seeing your trades.
Can I use more than one bot?
Yes. Each bot is a separate subscription with its own app, for its own market.
How do I pay?
Monthly through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. You can cancel before the next renewal.
