This policy explains what Crootx collects when you use crootx.com and the Crootx apps, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and phone if you give it.
• Broker and exchange connection details. API secrets and passwords are encrypted before they are stored, and MT5 passwords are passed to the connection service, not stored by us.
• Your bot settings and your trades.
• Payment records from Razorpay (we never see your full card details).
• Messages you send through the contact form, with the IP address they came from.
• Basic technical logs to keep the services secure and working.

How we use it

To run the bots on your account, show you your trades, bill your subscription, reply to you, keep the services secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the services: your broker or exchange, hosting (DigitalOcean, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare), payments (Razorpay), email (Resend), and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in the app, disconnect your broker or exchange at any time, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data.

This website

crootx.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form sends your message to our server only.
